RE: textproc/xmlto on Solaris

I only guessed that the functionality mentioned is provided by xmlcatmgr, and 
actually do have it installed.  I thought perhaps it needed to be listed as a 
prereq so that it would be properly buildlinked?  Maybe I will try hacking the 
Makefile just to see...
