No, it's the new official upstream.

I've updated the pkgsrc one to fix whatever security problems already
existed in the current version.

I also fixed it so you don't need to set environment variables to use
it.

Note to packagers:
Packages installing additional completion files should drop
them into ${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/share/bash-completion.d
with the name of the package as file name.
