wip/sbcl bootstraps with lang/clisp

  Hello!

Just a short announcement, self-bootstrapping isn't required for wip/sbcl,
you can still bootstrap with sbcl itself, as you did with wip/sbcl-boot,


It does. wip/sbcl bootstraps with lang/clisp. And if you follow
sbcl and clisp development, you'd definitly notice that.
I don't want to sound rude, but I had no reply from you to any PR
or mail about SBCL package.
