2007Q4 binary packages for amd64

Hi,
the first bulk builds for NetBSD/amd64 2.1, 3.1 and 4.0 of the pkgsrc-2007Q4
stable branch have completed. The binaries are available from
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/{2.1,3.1,4.0}_2007Q4/

As usual, I'll update the binaries when fixes are pulled up to the
stable branch.
