PKGSRC_MESSAGE_RECIPIENTS=root does not work in chroot with 4.0



Now that 4.0 has abandoned sendmail, sending mail from within an
unconfigured chroot, such as used by pkg_comp, does not work any more.
With sendmail it used to work, since the default setting would connect
to the running daemon, thereby sending the mail out of the chroot
environment to the real one.

So, if you use your normal pkgsrc config also inside the chroot, and it
happens to contain something like PKGSRC_MESSAGE_RECIPIENTS=root, then
you lose.

With 4.0, there are annoying messages, which keep increasing in numbers:

postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/195225.6488:
No such file or directory
postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/225366.6488:
No such file or directory
postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/255545.6488:
No such file or directory

No such file or directory
postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/365913.6488:
No such file or directory
