py-lxml

Hello-

I've thrown together a package for py-lxml[1].  'build' yields lots of
compiler warnings (though, running setup.py directly does not).  The
package works and passes all unit tests despite these warnings.

Would someone mind looking over the package[2]?  I'm particularly
curious to know whether I'm missing something in the Makefile that will
quiet the aforementioned warnings.
