Steven and others:

 I have
cupsd=YES
cupsd_wait=YES
slpd=YES

in my /etc/rc.conf file but cupsd is not starting. ps -aux | grep cups
does not show cupsd. Howvere if I start it manually with: # cupsd
start then it runs. I also have

export PATH=$PATH:/usr/pkg/sbin:/usr/pkg/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin

in my /etc/rc.conf. What am I doing wrong here? Why would the cupsd
not start when I have cupsd=YES in rc.conf? Thanks in advance for any
advice.
