I've committed your changes except the changes to "options.mk".
They break the build under NetBSD:
PKG_OPTIONS.milter-greylist="dnsrbl p0f sendmail-milter spamassassin spf drac"

The bit about defining "USE_DB185_EMULATION" unconditionally looks
particular worrisome t me.
Can you please submit a new patch?
