I had something similar:
https://mail-index.netbsd.org/current-users/2026/07/22/msg047762.html

it occured several times, but I was running a -11 kernel with a -10
userland. I'm quite confident that this was triggered by firefox. I never
noticed this while I was running a -10 kernel; and I've not seen it since I
updated userland to -11.

My CPU and graphic card is
cpu0: highest basic info 00000016
cpu0: highest extended info 80000008
cpu0: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz"
cpu0: Intel 7th or 8th gen Core (Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake) or Xeon E (Coffee Lake) (686-class), 2808.00 MHz

So looks similar to yours.
Even after upgrading userland to -11 I have lots of crashes related to
graphic activity (not always kernel crashes but X11 was going out of
control). I added
        Option "AccelMethod" "UXA" # <str>

in xorg.conf and now it's stable again (I have 34 days of uptime now).

With -11 I use the native Xorg, with -10 it was pkgsrc's one

Just now I have:
Memory: 5413M Act, 2375M Inact, 66M Wired, 371M Exec, 1646M File, 1981M Free
Swap: 15G Total, 10G Used, 5198M Free / Pools: 4983M Used / Network: 21K In, 8K

with a X session running for 34 days. firefox is still crashing occasionally
