Ok Gerard. Here comes the rest of my .muttrc file, but my password
is in the file .muttpass. Its in clear text som I will not send that :-)
Remember that its the app-password you should look for, the same if
you try this with gmail, I have used runbox.com. Its a free trial in
30 days and if you then chose mini it will not be expensive. I have
chmod 600 on both .muttrc and .muttpass for security reasons
