Some program that was trying to diagnose said so.  You'll have to
consult the docs of that program and turn up verbosity perhaps, to find
out what they really mean.  Probably, that will be unsatisfactory, and
you can file a doc bug.  That won't help either, but you'll feel
righteous.

But seriously, I've lost track of what said "open", and my guess is that
it is wrong.
