Is anyone using one of these and if so how did you set it up? Or should I just bite the bullet and use serial console for the installation?

That got things working! I just had to use "userconf disble i915drmkms" and "gop 0" before booting the installer, and then edit my installed /boot.cfg to prepend those to the boot commands, and my little thin clients are running NetBSD 11 quite well even without acceleration!

Hopefully this will give me aa chance to start poking at the drivers so eventually NetBSD can run without these shenanigans.
