Yes. Hetzner supplied DNS. To be more specific:

    # Generated by resolvconf
    nameserver 185.12.64.1
    nameserver 185.12.64.2

Also tried dig without @ to be sure.

My VPS is in Germany. That address it is resolving to seems to be of
Cloudflare - EU. 4ms is ok. Resolution is the mystery.
