What Martin didn't mention, is that if you are using any non-standard
build options (other than pathnames for source/dest/obj) you should
indicate those as well (eg: if you have IPv6 (INET6) disabled, or have
added some extra driver, or anything like that), it helps no-one if you
see a problem, and we don't, because we're not doing the same build as you.
