Fix/change tags in MP3

I did this:

ffmpeg -i Narcissism.mp3  -f ffmetadata Narc1.txt

Then this to change tag:

ffmpeg -i Narcissism.mp3   -metadata title="Unmasking Narcissism" Narc-OUT1.mp3

When I copy this to a dir that rhythmbox uses, I
get a list of 4 or more files by rhythmbox.
Why? How do I fix this?

It seems to be specific to this file ...
