I’m pretty sure this is the problem, though I’m not exactly sure how to verify that.
However, I tried on a different network routed via a different ISP and all works perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion.
Also, thanks (!) to everyone who spoke up with a great set of ideas. I really appreciate the assistance.
