Pay close attention to the language Mozilla uses to describe this issue.

Nowhere on the page do they suggest for this issue to be an inherent
design flaw of the software, or to be a bug in any way.

Nowhere on the page do they assure the useds that this design flaw
will not be enforced down the line all over again, in the fresh
releases they currently do recommend, at a future date.

Very sad day that these corporate shenanigans are now business as
usual in the OSS world, and noone is even talking about it.
