[10.99.12] Panic : softints stuck for 16 seconds

	Hello,

I often see this kind of panic with 10.99.12 kernel:

I have dump images and kernel with gbd information, but strangely,
crash or gdb don't return usable information. I can upload dump files
and nerbsd.gdb on an ftp server if someone has time to check.

	Best regards,

	JB
