Only thing to think about is partition alignment. Whilst the devices all report 512 byte sectors for maximum compatibility the actual underlying flash block size can be larger (same as some larger conventional disks).
Assuming a relatively recent NetBSD the standard partitioning tools do the right thing and align things on 2k sector boundaries which seems to cover most devices.
You might also want to play around with the FFS block and fragment sizes so that they are appropriate although I've never done so and haven't seen any performance oddities.
