Even if `emacs -Q' is started without customization and fullscreened with f11,
ctwm restart will expose the desktop background at the bottom edge.

My 10.0_STABLE was built on a pull-up dated Nov 7, 2024.

Emacs 30.0.91 was built 2024-09-27.
