Except for the wild mixup of early kernel messages (at time ~2.204)
with iscsi debug messages (at ~77.724) this only hints to a cleanup
of a session.
This can happen when the first connection of a session cannot be
created or when a functional session is shut down and has closed
its last connection, but the log doesn't tell which it is.
When a session cannot be created, then nothing should happen.
The disk device (sdX) is just never attached.
When a session is shut down, the disk device (sdX) is detached
(just like something unplugging a USB stick). I'm not sure what
happens when the disk is detached while in use (e.g. is still
mounted) even when we did make a lot of progress in that area.
