restore midori web browser icons

Is there a way to force restore all assets associated with the midori
web browser package?

I was taking down and bringing up the network interface using ifconfig
and the laptop locked up. The mouse pointer didn't respond on X Window and I
forced a physical button reboot without clean shutdown. The next run on
the midori web browser presents icons that look scrambled.

As you can see in the above screenshot, there are four scrambled icons
on the top two rows, two at the right side on row one, two on the left
side on row two.

When I refreshed to 2024Q2 pkgsrc I had hoped the upgrades would restore
the messed up icons but midori stopped working over a dependency on the
older

icu-75.1 = Robust and full-featured Unicode services
icu-74.2 > Robust and full-featured Unicode services

I hand unpacked in place the older icu-74.2 to get midori working.
