RE: NetBSD-archive 503 Backend Unavailable

Did you try to download anything? I can browse maybe 80% of the site and
almost all of the top-level directories will load, but very few actual files
will load. After your email, I decided to try it through my VPN service. I
got similar results when trying to load it from Tokyo, Sydney, London, and
Columbia IP addresses. 

For example, I can not load this file at all from any of the locations I
tried: https://archive.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-archive/NetBSD-7.2/README.files
