There are apparently some machines that do not work with the gpt biosboot
primary boot sector, we will probably need to bring back a second variant
of the USB stick image for legacy bios machines.

Most machines can boot the combined image just fine (either via BIOS or UEFI),
but we can not (retrospectively) fix all old (broken) firmware out there
and have (so far) not found a workaround.

Probably easiest way for now: boot the 9.1 (!) bios install image to install,
then update to whatever version you want after installation (by manually
updating the kernel, rebooting and then running the installed [old] sysinst).
