No sound FriendlyARM NanoPi M1 Allwinner H3 SoC board

Hi to all! Sorry for my bad English... This mail also send to port-arm mail list, but no answers yet.

Could you help me to solve the problem with no sound in FriendlyARM NanoPi M1 Allwinner H3 SoC 32-bit?

NetBSD 9.0 current.

armv7# dmesg | grep h3
h3codec0 at simplebus: H3 Audio Codec (analog part)

armv7# dmesg | grep audio
<no output>

If on root 'cat /dev/urandom > /dev/audio' then no sound (cannot create /dev/audio: no such device or adress).

On Linux all OK with analog and digital HDMI sound, but Linux distros end of support.
