No - how did you do it? (Just a rough sketch of the process should be enough
to reproduce it).

Easy and repeatable:

[boot netbsd-9 install cd on amd64, 2 SCSI disks]

sysinst menus:

Utility Menu
Partition a disk
Create software RAID
RAID level 1

Add:  --> segmentation fault
