netbsd-9 build failed

Hi all,

netbsd-9 build failed.
Actually, build succeeds, all sets were created but failed in the end.

I used to encounter the problem like this.
That time, removal of all contents in destdir fixed the problem.
But this time, it doesn't fix.
The last build success was on Sep 12, 2019.
Any ideas or suggestion? Thanks,
