I've compared 8.0 to 8.0-STABLE - /bin/sleep and /lib/libm.so.0.12 are
equal. 

I also changed sleep to /bin/sleep in rc.subr to ensure it call correct
one - nothing changes.

I have completely no idea why 8.0-STABLE can't take non-integer value.
