I have a slightly different format on a working system (with 6
VLANs)

ifconfig_vlan0="create; inet 192.168.1.1 netmask 0xffffff00 vlanif 0 wm0"
net_interfaces="wm0 vlan0"

(using your addresses and interfaces.)

- but after a reboot, no complaints in /var/run/rc.log, but also no vlan0...
