athn(4) Not working with Atheros AR5B95-H

Hi,

I just installed NetBSD-7 on an HP Probook 4520s, it has an Atheros
AR5B95-H wireless card. It is showing up in ifconfig, but on trying to
bring it up, dmesg is saying:

athn0: radio is disabled by hardware switch
athn0: unable to reset hardware; reset status 1

Is this a driver issue?
