Not quite sure about NetBSD, but I do know that RHEL 5 and clones had
their kernels compiled with System V filesystem support as a module
(sysv).

You might want to try on a GNU/Linux distribution with the -t sysv
parameters for mount(8).

IIRC, System V filesystem support is still included in the latest
releases of the Linux kernel, but other distributions might not
compile the kernel with it included. Your safest bet is to probably
use CentOS 5 or similar to try mounting the filesystem.
