ntpdc doesn't work as expect

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this problem has been posted in this list. I didn't find it.
I found that ntpdc doesn't work, while ntpq works pretty fine.
I tested both on 6.1_STABLE and 7.0_RC2.
The results are the same. (I only tested on IPv4.)
Anyone have a clue, please point me out.
Thanks in advance,

Here's the output from 6.1_STABLE.
