Do you really mean that the disk interface does 4KB operations, or just
a disk that has 4K sectors internally but still operates as if it is
512.  The 4K/512 ones (totally normal) work fine; you just have to align
partitions to start at a multiple of 8*512, and it's good to use
blocksize/fragsize of 32K/4K in FFS (default near 1T anyway).

If you mean a device with native 4K sectors that presents a 4K
interface, that's a good question.
