quota2 borken

Hi

After fsck reported unrecoverable errors in phase 6 (quota checking), I
disabled quota (tunefs -q nouser), ran fsck again with success,
re-enabled quotas (tunefs -q user), ran fsck again, and got a batch of
errors on phase 6:

USER QUOTA MISMATCH FOR ID 3812: 0/0 SHOULD BE 2328/17
ALLOC? yes

USER QUOTA MISMATCH FOR ID 23269: 0/0 SHOULD BE 168328/14
ALLOC? yes

INTERNAL ERROR: expandfile() failed to allocate a new block

How can that be fixed?
