Also, if there is ripng on the lan, running route6d can be useful. Beware that if /usr is on a separate filesystem, you need critical_filesystems_remote="/var /usr" (more or less) to make /usr/sbin mounted before route6d is started. Also, do route get -inet6 [v6ddr] to do a lookup in the v6 table. That and "netstat -nr -f inet6" are useful.
