Do 'shutdown -r' sometime and look at the logs.   I think reboot is
listed on startup, and shutdown separately.

If you haven't made a recent software change, then I'd say the odds are
somewhere between:

  packets arriving that are crashing the kernel (that didn't use to
  arrrive)

  flaky hardware

  VPS provider issues



I'd suggest setting ddb.onpanic=2 and looking at the serial console
through the provider's interface.
