kerTeX: LaTeX, yes! (Thanks to John Floren)

Hello,

John Floren has been brave enough to install kerTeX and test the
instructions for LaTeX (to be found in the README/LISEZ.MOI).

Several typos and bugs have been, thanks to him, ironed out, and updated
versions of README / LISEZ.MOI are published, as well as a patched
version of kerTeX:

The test has been made under Plan9, but it should work the same under
Unices.
