kerTeX: AMS fonts added and more.

Hello,

Reminder: kerTeX is a small, pure C89, complete and up to date TeX
and al. system able to compile on/for everything, and tested on
Unices (NetBSD) and Plan9.

I have released version 0.9.5 of kerTeX including this time all the AMS
published fonts (mathematical, cyrillic and some "LaTeX").

Are also generated from the Adobe Core Fonts metrics, tfm with a both
plain TeX and latin1 encoding compatibility. In order to throw some
light in the process, these fonts are accessed via a subdirectory
(tex-latin1/) and have the standard PostScript name plus a suffix if
manipulated (oblique, small caps etc.).

See the LISEZ.MOI / README.

It shall be noted that since the subdirectory is a part of the name, I
had to modify slightly the behavior of dvips(1).

For fonts, if possible (i.e. : have the sources) everything is generated
at install time:
        1) To be sure to have the latest version of the fonts ;
        2) To use and verify the utilities ;
        3) To show how everything is done (pedagogical),

even if the fonts formats are generally machine independent.

Do expect blunders since I was in a hurry and have only verified what I
have changed (and not the whole).
