Perhaps this can work?
rm -fr /var/db/pkg/dbus-1.2.4.6nb3

unfortunately not, ther is no /var/db/pkg/dbus*

somewhere there are "traces". Or the new pakcgae of dbus is broken? Icannot say. I hope in some expert!
