I've a Dell latitude E4200 (12.1"). I didn't test suspend/resume (with ssd, 
boot and shutdown are very very fast).

Everything is working (sd, audio, intel graphics, wifi) on NetBSD-5.1-amd64 
(and acpicpu on NetBSD-current).
