I never get far with info before I get out of the file, back to command prompt.

I'd like to get rid of info! Either man or HTML is much better, even plain text
is preferable to info.

Konqueror web browser and file manager, part of KDE, has an info viewer, but
there is unfortunately the overhead of KDE.

I went to pkgsrc on the WWW, found misc/pinfo, went from there to the web site
for pinfo, downloaded the source code for pinfo-0.6.10, which is a newer version
than what is in pkgsrc. Now I intend to build for Linux, not using pkgsrc.
