Slow performance on mpt

Hi,

I have a FSC TX150 S3 Server with a LSI RAID controller containing one
RAID-1 set. The read and write speed is very slow on both NetBSD 5.0.2 and
5.99.39:


Write speed:

# dd if=/dev/zero of=myfile bs=4096 count=10000

Read speed after reboot:
