This is a DIGITUS Fast Ethernet USB 2.0 Adapter with an ADM 8515 Chipset

But the throughput was to low (~6.28 Mbits/sec) to be usable.

A Level-One USB-0201 USB Gigabit Ethernet Adapter 
(http://global.level1.com/product_d.php?id=408) showed up as:
