Hi Jeff,

I also search for a solution to get a (second) NIC to my Intel Atomboard
which isn't available with 2 NICs...
I had the chance to try a *DIGITUS Fast Ethernet USB 2.0 adapter* which
uses the aue driver:

Basically it works but with poor performance according to a quick test
with iperf:

iperf client on netbsd with USB NIC - iperf server windows xp:
[ 4] 0.0-121.0 sec 90.5 MBytes 6.28 Mbits/sec
[ 5] 0.0-121.2 sec 98.5 MBytes 6.82 Mbits/sec

same setup but with the onboard NIC instead of USB:
[ 5] 0.0-120.1 sec 1.25 GBytes 89.6 Mbits/sec
[ 4] 0.0-120.1 sec 1.14 GBytes 81.7 Mbits/sec

test with USB NIC and without netbsd, (windows xp <-> xp)
[1888] 0.0-120.1 sec 389 MBytes 27.1 Mbits/sec
[1864] 0.0-120.1 sec 628 MBytes 43.9 Mbits/sec

same setup but with the onboard NIC instead of USB:
[1868] 0.0-119.9 sec 1.14 GBytes 81.3 Mbits/sec
[1900] 0.0-120.1 sec 1.13 GBytes 80.8 Mbits/sec

maybe this is suitable for you, I'll have a look for a pcix NIC
