X fails to start

Dear all,
I'm trying to upgrade my Netbsd 3.0 system to present system. I manually
installed the binary package. And I run "X -configure". But I was shown
that /dev/agpgart device is not configured and the /dev/wsmouse device is busy.
I wonder if anyone here can help me out. I'd like to provide any
information if you need. Thanks for any hints in advance.
