Running etcupdate when src/ is read-only mounted.

Hi netbsd-users@

Because I have many computers at home I don't want to flood netbsd servers
to fetch src/ on each one, so I put src/ on a NFS server and exported it in
read-only, the build.sh success to build but when I want to use etcupdate
it fails on populating /tmp/temproot.

*** Creating /tmp/temproot
*** Populating /tmp/temproot from /usr/src (make distribution)
sh: cannot create MAKEDEV: read-only file system
*** Error code 1*** Error code 1

In fact, this means that etcupdate tries to work in the src/ directory, so
is there more environment variables to set to prevent etcupdate to work in
the src/ directory ?

David.
