Re: Suggest for a laptop

I have a  vaio and I used jibbed as a resource for configuring X and
synaptics.
What I did was email myself the x configuration so that i could look at it to
put in the proper values. I also added the cpufreq and p4 modules to the
laptop for temperature control. I haven't used it in a while because of a
current project- the NetBSD installation that is- but it was running smoothly.
Jibbed also ahs the acpi control through a choice of boot options.
