altqd port to other BSD

Hello Netbsd-users,

In  netbsd  still  altqd and pf/altq,  in  other BSD systems altqd was removed 
and
replaced  by  pf/altq. From pf/altq was removed most of the functional
altqd,  like  CDNR (in kernel added, but in pf not), shaping algoritms
like  Jobs  and  Blue  and many other. Who can do a port of altqd from
NetBSD, to FreeBSD and OpenBSD,
so  that  it  can  operate  simultaneously  with pf/altq as is done in
NetBSD ??
