4.0.1 GENERIC: uhub0: device problem, disabling port 1
Hi,
in preparation of an update to 4.0.1, I have tried to boot the GENERIC
kernel from the kernel set on the FTP site. Apparently, there are a
few problems which did not show up with 3.0.1, mainly a failure of the
built-in USB hub. Maybe this failure results from other problems
encountered before. See the dmesg output (both 4.0.1 GENERIC and 3.0.1
custom kernel) below.
Are there chances to solve this problem via a custom kernel?
Kind regards
Ingolf
