Mozilla Sunbird and TCL-Plugin 3.0

please let me ask a question. I'm interested in the following programs:

Mozilla Sunbird in an newer version with german language support and
TCL/TK Plugin 3.0 .

Is there anyone who can tell me, if is there any work on these programs
in the pkgsrc tree?
